Friends is the most successful comedy series in history and there have been well over 200 episodes. There were 10 seasons of this great program, and so many amazing moments. I’m the biggest Friends fan you will ever meet and I know most of the episodes extremely well and have seen them hundreds of times because I bought the collection with my card from www.vanquis.co.uk and watch them all the time.
I have so many favourite episodes that I cannot think what the best ones are, but I will tell you about 5 of my favourites, that are all classics in my opinion. Have you seen any of these and do you think they are good episodes? I hope so!
The one where everyone finds out
This classic episode follows Phoebe, Rachel and Ross discovering that Monica and Chandler have been seeing each other. Joey is caught in the middle as he already knew and both parties are playing him to help them. The episode culminates in a confusing game of trying to out bluff each other. Perhaps my favourite episode.
The one with the cooking class
This episode starts because Monica receives a bad review for some of her cooking. She goes down to the school to tell the critic he was wrong and ends up joining a cooking class as she answered a question they couldn’t. She loves being top of the class but gets angry when Joey starts receiving credit for his cookies. The episode finally reveals Monica is a professional and she is reassured she can cook.
The one with Ross’s tan
This series 10 episode shows Ross getting a fake tan after the amazing results Monica had. He goes into a booth but does not understand the tanning system so get sprayed twice on the same side. To correct this he goes in again for to get the other side done but gets 2 sprays on the front again. This causes him to go very brown with hilarious results.
The one with Ross’s Leather pants
This classic series 5 episode sees Ross buying leather pants after a sudden urge to own some ‘good smelling pants’ The joke however backfires as the trousers are very tight and they shrunk during the heat when on a date. This meant that after going to the toilet to cool his legs down, he could not get them back on. A messy situation indeed!
The one where Paul’s the man
This episode features a role by Bruce Willis playing Ross’s girlfriend’s dad. He plays a great role and there are some cringe-worthy moments in this episode involving Bruce Willis posing in front of a mirror and Ross hiding around a cabin from him.
